Shipping / Returns

Shipping Information:

Rynsi strives to deliver your orders as soon as possible every day of the week. Normal processing time is up to 2 business days and delivery time is within 5-7 days.

All orders are shipped using one of the major couriers such as USPS priority mail with tracking number. We choose the courier based on multiple criteria to provide the best shipping service. 

Shipping Process:

Shipping process is divided into 2 phases:

  1. Processing

  2. Shipped

  1. Processing: When we receive your order, your order is processed to providers in 1-2 business day (excluding holidays and weekends). All orders are processed during normal business hours Monday through Friday

  2. Shipped: Once your order is ready to ship your will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking numbers (multiple tracking numbers if your order is shipped in multiple packages). Overall, the product will reach to you within 5 to 7 working days after you place the order.

Order Tracking:

  • Once we ship the order, you will receive a notification email with tracking number. You can easily track your order from your accounts dashboard.

Easy Returns:

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return merchandise (If your order is partially delivered, 14 day term will begin when you receive the last item in your order). Returns must be packed and shipped within 7 days of return authorization date with the prepaid label we email to you.

Prepaid label will be automatically voided after 7 days. In some cases, we may authorize your return with self return service with return address to ship to.

Please note that our policy only applies to unworn and unused items with all original tags attached and the original packaging included.

You can initiate return by login to your accounts on rynsi.com or email us at hello@rynsi.com. Once we approve your return, we will send you shipping tag which you need print on your package which you want to return.
